The Palestinian lawyer who represented the plaintiffs was very pleased with the ruling, and the IDF now seems to be leaning toward re-examining the entire fence route to make sure it will stand up in court. I think this might result in the fence shifting significantly toward the Green Line, especially near Jerusalem where it cuts through the most populated areas. As I've said on my blog, I'd rather see it built on the Green Line itself, but the active supervision of the courts is a good thing.
