Look here - this angry New Yorker took off his shoe and shook it, sole first, at the president of the Metropolitan Transit Authority. He was hustled away, but told reporters later that he wanted to show his contempt for the leaders who would raise fares for the disabled. The shoe demonstrator said he was inspired by the "brave Iraqi journalist." Thanks to the Angry Arab for this tip.
